In her talk, Klára will share her experiences from her recent journey from Porto to Santiago de Compostela and Finnestera. You will learn about the background of the pilgrimage and the symbols connected to it, and gain practical information and personal insight into the life of the average pilgrim.

Klára Pavlínová is the Head of the Language Department of the Faculty of Science at the University of South Bohemia. She has been teaching English all her professional life, mostly in the Czech Republic, but also in Great Britain. She loves English, walking, traveling, and volleyball, and could not live without black coffee and red wine.
